Can multiple users use the same account at the same time?

Unfortunately, no. Sharing the same account on multiple devices simultaneously isn't allowed. Before logging in on another device, be sure to log out from the first one. This rule applies to all profiles, including Admins, Dispatch Managers, and Drivers.

⚠️ Heads up: Attempting to use Upper Route Planner on various devices with the same account can lead to route plan data losses and different errors. So, it's best to avoid doing that.
