How to Upgrade your subscription to Growth, Enterprise or Yearly plan?

How to manage the billing section?

You can manage your billing from your admin (Owner Admin) account. To access the billing portal, you can follow the steps shown in the video.

  • Update Billing Information
  • Update Payment Method (Card Information)
  • Change Plan
  • Billing History
  • Download Invoices and Receipts

How to Cancel Subscription?


Before you cancel, see if you are in the following situation:

Not sure you need all these features like Proof of Delivery, Live Tracking, and Customer Notifications - If this is you, then think about downgrading your plan to Essential


You have the Essential plan with all the basics but need more features like Proof of Delivery, Live Tracking, and Customer Notifications.


You can cancel your subscription anytime. There is no lock-in period. Go to the bottom left pop-up menu and click on billing. Click "Cancel Plan"

This is your billing information.

We would still like to know why you cancelled. It is always good to understand where and how we can improve.


How to claim a refund?


There are no refunds on monthly plans.

Please write us an email for annual plans to claim a refund. Once your case and usage are validated, you will receive a refund for the remaining months. Each month before that will be charged at the standard monthly rate. Refunds may also incur a service and processing fee.

Cancelling a Free Trial


You must cancel the free trial before the automatic payments are processed after the seven days of trial. Unfortunately, sending an email to support will not be considered notice of cancellation of the free trial. Make sure you cancel the trial from your primary account.


If you fail to cancel the trial and the subscription is started, Upper is not liable for the refunds.
