How to manually change the stop order?

When on the road, delivering the stops one by one in the order of optimization, the admin or dispatch manager can call in and tell the driver to go to a specific stop later in the route. For Example, the driver has completed/skipped stops 1, 2, and 3 and is on the way to stop 4. The admin calls in and tells the driver to go to stop 7 instead of 4. In this case, the driver clicks on stop 7 and "Go Here" and Re-optimizes the remaining stops, manually changing the order of stops.
