How will I know if a payment fails?
Here at Upper Route Planner, our mission is to provide an outstanding route optimization experience that's both user-friendly and wallet-friendly.
If an initial invoice payment doesn't succeed, our system will automatically retry the payment three more times. For each failed attempt, you'll receive an email notification as well as an in-app pop-up message.
After 28 days of an unpaid invoice, your subscription will be auto-canceled, and your account will be suspended. To reactivate your account, simply login to Upper Route Planner and follow the on-screen instructions.
