The "Sign Up with Email" option allows you to use your personal or company email ID to log in to the Upper account, and it also means you will need to set up a password for the Upper account.

Write your name and email ID, set up a new password, and add your phone number. And most importantly, confirm you are not a 🤖

You can use your company email ID to Sign Up with the Upper route planner. It will allow you to use the same email ID for subscriptions, invoicing, and everything else on one email ID.
The upper route planner is all about convenience. One of the fastest ways to register or Sign up with Upper is using your Google account (Your Gmail account), and it will allow you to Sign up quicker and Sign In much faster from any device you have signed in with your same Google account.
