It's sad to see you go, but we understand and we respect the data privacy decision you are taking.

To delete the account and all the relevant related data from the Upper route planner, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your primary Admin account.

  • Go to the bottom left menu.

  • Go to Settings

  • Click the big red button on the bottom right of the screen. "Yes, I want to delete the account."

⚠️ All data associated with this account will be deleted permanently. Once deleted, recovery is not possible.
