Is there a Team Hierarchy?
Owner, Admin, Dispatch Manager and Driver

The team hierarchy is as follows:

  • Owner Admin - All accesses

  • Admins - All accesses but the billing section

  • Dispatch Managers - All accesses but the billing section

  • Drivers - Only access to the Upper for Driver app (Permissions controlled by the Admin and Dispatch Manager)
