Once you choose what plan you want to try during your signup process, the subscription will start after the first 7 days. You can cancel at any time during the trial period.

Cancelling a Free Trial

You must cancel the free trial before the automatic payments are processed after the seven days of trial. Unfortunately, sending an email to support will not be considered notice of cancellation of the free trial. Make sure you cancel the trial from your primary account.

If you fail to cancel the trial and the subscription is started, Upper is not liable for the refunds.
